Altman was permanently banned from ever being involved with another banking institution again after numerous fraud/bribery charges^ Jerry Bruckheimer tried to get into games years ago and failed miserable, his studio went under within a year or two of its creation. He is largely on the board because he is buddies with previous president Ernest Del. Ernest Del is the previous president of the board and current senior advisor despite actively disliking games, having never played one, and largely only being interested for the money he can pull out of it. He is an entertainment lawyer who brought all his friends onto the board in order to make money despite the fact that none of them actually care about the product. He is part of the same law firm as Les Moonves brother, Johnathan D. Moonves. M ichael Dominguez is 100% invested into the MGM business and ____________________________________views it has his main source of income, being on the ¡the board of ZeniMax is basically just something he does for fun to get some extra cash without actually having to do a whole lot. If you look at things like his Linkedln profile, it is incredibly apparent where his actual business interests lay, and it isn't with ZeniMax or Bethesda. Les Moonves was forced into resigning from his positions about CBS because they have evidence of him sexually assaulting dozens of different women on different occasions. Cal Ripken, Jr. is a fucking baseball player whose only interest in gaming was trying to shill his dumbass https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cal_Ripken%27s_Real_Baseball game. Having Cal Ripken, Jr. on the board of directors is like having Ashton Kutcher on the board. He serves no real purpose other than for people to look at his name and go "hey, I know that guy!". Again, he largely isn't interested in games, only their potential profit. I Henry E. Sloan is from Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and is far more interested in broadcasting and political investments. He was Romney's state finance chair for California and serves on the board of the McCain Institute. He is also CEO of Global Eagle Acquisition Corp, which I can ASSURE you has absolutely NO relation whatsoever to Ernest Del's Silver Eagle Acquisition Corp *wink wink, nudge nudge* This board totally isn't just a bunch of rich friends trying to get each other more money, I swear. Robert S. Trump is the brother to President Donald J. Trump (no shit, Sherlock) and is only there to get ZeniMax into the government (and the IRS' good graces). He used to manage the Trump Organizations properties outside of Manhattan. Again, ZeniMax isn't something he is passionate about, like the vast majority (if not all) of the people on this board, they are only there to fill a seat and take home a paycheck. They aren't actually interested in the quality of the product any more than the potential returns can provide them.
