She's got a minigun with the shredder mod attached and decided to try it out on the Very Hard difficulty on a Legendary Brotherhood Paladin-Commander. Then on five of 'em. The shredder mod works as a melee weapon when out of ammo: drop it, sell it, stash it somewhere or give it to a companion... just get it out of your inventory. It actually doesn't work in V.A.T.S. but it doesn't have to, you can save your action points for sprinting from enemy to enemy. At level 34 it's so far affected by the following perks: 4 points in Big Leagues (+80% damage) 2 points in Rooted (+50% damage) 4 points in Basher (double damage) On top of the damage bonuses, those perks give each hit on the enemy a chance to cripple limbs, a chance to do a critical hit, and a chance to disarm the enemy. Also, ALL enemies in front of Big Ethel in melee range get hit by the weapon. When she gets all the relevent perks (lv47 is the last requirement for the final perk iirc) she'll have even more damage %, will have the chance to explode nearby enemies (Bloody Mess), and crits will do 2.5x damage (Better Criticals). A third point in Rooted gives a chance to disarm but I don't know whether it will work in conjunction with the disarm from Big Leagues. Many stimpacks were harmed in this video.
